Travel quests-help! - Guild Wars Forums

Hi guys!
New to the game and new to these boards and of course I am having trouble. I have a lvl 12 Paragon in Elona and I want to be able to travel to the other continents as I have all 3 of the GW games. They are linked properly so no problem there. The problem I am having however is Puuba or whatever his name is in the Great hall won't give me the "time is nigh" quest so I can get the travel show on the road.What am I missing? I am a sunspear captain so what else do I have to have to get it from him? Do you have to be a higher level? Thanks for your help and input ...it is very appreciated

you must do all of the requirements.

I think I did them already...although I can't be sure unless ther is a way to check past quests.

Well if you haven't gotten as far as consulate docks, then you haven't met the requirement
